The new ARMATITE protective material that has been developed by the PROTECH Research and Development Team provides a good defense against an extensive range of attack weapons: Heavy-duty disc grinder, Percussion Tools, Jack Hammers, Oxy-acetylene, Pneumatic or Hydraulic Jack, High-speed drilling using tungsten carbide drill bits, Explosives - substantial charges to gain control of the bolts and to dislodge the door from the body.

- DOOR - 107mm thick slab filled with new composite material developed by Protech as protection against penetrating tools
- BODY - 110mm thick filled with the same material protecting the door securely anchored to the inner lining
- BOLTWORK - Unique four way boltwork, consisting of 12 heavy-duty 32 mm (1-1/4") diameter bolts, with 4-6 moving bolts on lock side, 4-6 fixed bolts on hinge side and 2 moving bolts on top and bottom.
- LOCKOUT FREE DUAL LOCKING - One hybrid electronic / mechanical / combination lock capable of 1,000,000 changes and equipped with an anti-manipulation keylock. A secondary unpickable keylock is provided for daul control.
- AUTOMATIC RELOCKING DEVICE - The Fortress safe has a highly sensitive multiple relocking system actively on guard each time it is locked.
- Six sided protection: The Saturn Safe has a six sided barrier materials against frontal and lateral attack.
- FINISH - All Fortress Safes are finished in high quality paints, which enhance the satin chrome facia panel, bolts, and black handles.
